We consult, design, install and support Windows, Mac and Linux workstations and servers. We also provide Web Hosting, Email Filtering, Microsoft Exchange Server® Hosting, Diaster Recovery Solutions, Server Co-Location Hosting as well an many other specialized custom services depending on our customers needs.

On-Site charges outside Leon County will include travel time plus a mileage fee. .55 per mile
   

Payment
 
All Non-Contract work by TRI-C/ECR must be paid upon completion of work or when the equipment is returned to the customer, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments can be made in the form of cash or check. Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit Card purchase will be offered in the future.
   

Warranty
 

Equipment and parts are covered by manufacturer's warranty and any defects will be handled through those warranties. Any problems not associated with the original repair will be treated as a separate repair.

All warranty repairs and/or returns must be called in by serial number. When necessary, a copy of the original invoice may be required.

Services performed by TRI-C/ECR do not carry any warranty unless otherwise stated on the final service report.

Telephone support is provided to all TRI-C/ECR customers within reason. However, to properly diagnose and repair most computer/printer issues, the computer/printer will need to be evaluated in person by a TRI-C/ECR engineer.


Service and Repair
 

A $35.00 diagnostic fee applies to all computers brought in for repair. If TRI-C/ECR does the repair or you purchase a new computer, we will apply the diagnostic fee to that repair or purchase.

If customer chooses not to have services performed, the $35.00 fee will be due upon pickup of computer or equipment.

Computers, Peripherals, or any other personal property that has not been claimed within 30 days of drop-off date becomes property of TRI-C/ECR.

TRI-C/ECR is not responsible for loss of data or programs on a customer’s computer. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up and protect their data on a regular basis. When we perform a complete system reload, we make every effort to back up all necessary data per client’s instruction. However, on occasion, unexpected equipment failure can occur. We are not responsible for any data, files, e-mail, or software that is lost in the process; however we deeply regret any inconvenience in such event.

Software Programs cannot be backed up, only reinstalled from their original CD or Diskettes with appropriate license key/information.

Full Payment is required at the time of pickup/service unless prior arrangements have been made.


Special Orders, Parts and Accessories
 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges permitted

Full Payment is required at the time of order for any special order with the retail value of $100.00 or greater unless prior arrangements have been made.


General Policies
 

A $35.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Payment is expected in full anytime a service is rendered or product dispersed unless prior arrangements have been made.

TRI-C/ECR reserves the right to deny any return based on condition of product or packaging, or reason for return.



WE ASSUME ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF OUR COMPANY POLICIES, AND ARE IN FULL AGREEMENT WITH SUCH POLICIES PRIOR TO ENTERING INTO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH TRI-C/ECR AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TRI-C/ECR PRIDES ITSELF ON BEING INTEGRITY BASED. IT’S FOR OUR PROTECTION AND THE PROTECTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS TO CREATE POLICIES LIKE THOSE MENTIONED ABOVE. HOWEVER, OUR FOCUS IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICES POSSIBLE.
